Still fruity with dried flower on the nose after 28 years. Time has not taken away its purity, it made its color a little pale. Freshness and delicacy are my lasting impressions of her. The clarity comes from one of the greatest and most traditional wine producers, Camille Loye and also from the refined Jura region.
